It’s crisp, it’s light, it’s .... French? From the same peoples that brought you swill like Fischer-Alcasse you get this stuff. First drank it on the steps of Sacre-Coeur on the eve of Bastille Day 200, fifteen years later i still drink it. Neat shaped bottle (Not pictured) great in the Summer. How the hell the French came up with it I’ll never know.

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2003 Little discernable hop aroma flavour or bitterness. Barely noticable malt notes. That should mean it is nicely balanced, but in reality its just ordinary.

C’est déguelasse, les français ne savent vraiment pas brasser ! - It’s disgusting, the frenchies are not good brewers !
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Delbomber (387) - Philadelphia, USA - NOV 29, 2001
Flowery, yeasty aroma preceding a soft bready, yeasty taste. Weakly bitter finish. I’m surprised by the lack of skunkiness, considering the green bottle and its trip across the Atlantic, but one-dimensional yeasty beers are my least favorite type. Quite crisp and clean with afoamy white head and light-golden body. Below average.

Quality beer similar in taste to Stella but slightly nicer. Beware of stuff brewed under license in UK.
