I had the chance to have this when I was on a pub crawl a few years back. Unremarkable.

Pours amber with decent head and some lacing. Notes of wheat and malt. Taste is balanced with a bitter finish.

Grabbed this in Paris. Pours gold with a white head. Light sweet malt. Grain and corn type flavor. Fairly simple.

50 cl can purchased from a market in Paris. Nice looking pour actually. Decent white 1 cm head when I poured it into a wine glass. Color is pale light yellow. I actually like the appearance. Good marks. Goes quickly down hill from there though. Nose smells of wet, soggy grains. Popcorn. Cornflakes with milk over them. Corn in general. Tastes like another crappy light lager.

Draught at an anonymous cafe in Paris. Aroma has some redeeming grassy hops. Sweet, malty flavor with cardboard and some butter. Light, with a basically clean finish. Drinkable.

tap. quite average, considered an "international premium" beer here, no standout hop or malt presence.

The classic yellow lager, on tap in a brasserie-style restaurant, so it was fresh-tasting, strong on the hops. Decently dry; went well at the beginning, with the first course (country paté). Faded badly once the main course (pork w/mustard sauce) arrived and the beer had begun to warm up. A single glass was enough.
