Headbanging lager, although a bit better than average in the popular beers stakes.

50 cl. can. Clear, golden colour with a medium sized head, that faded quickly. Hay, grass and a grainy note in the aroma. Light bitter taste with a little bit of hops. Light to medium body with a lively carbonation, that fits this type of beer good. Short, dry finish. Better than excepted and it went okay with a pizza and salad.

So, this is the deal: we brew a beer using processed ingredients like maize, wheat malt, colour:caramel, hop extract, and at the end we’ll put in aromatic hops from Alsace. What is wrong with these people? I’m sick of being told that things are the most popular or the biggest seller as if it’s a recommendation. Not a bad beer but why not try and make a really good one that people will buy and drink because its different and delicious and not just familiar and easy to find. Perhaps this "left over from a party" schtick has REALLY come to an end!

Corn isn’t listed as an ingredient, but this has the odor and taste of corn, malt, carbonation, and hops. The overall effect is of a slightly "turned" (skunky) beer, but, this being my first, I can’t speak about freshness. I cna drink it, but why?

0.33 l bottle from Systembolaget - hard to spot any difference to the ordinary Kronenbourg - light clear body with a small head - a light hoppy aroma with a little smell of corn - light sweet smell, maybee a little lighter because of the corn - medium carbonation

UPDATED: JAN 28, 2012 Golden colour with a think light lasting head. Faint hoppy, corn and lime smell that seems strange at first. Medium thin body with light carbonation. Feels a bit rough in the mouth. It has an appealing dry sweet malt taste but the center has a bit of a cardboard feel and a watery sweet citrus finish. Its drinkable but average.
