This is not the filth. It is a beer to drink and it does the job quite well thank you very much. It will not be making acceptance speeches at the Oscars, but it will be washing down the lobster at the meal afterwoods.

Bottle: Poured a clear straw yellow with a white head and ample carbonation that left a small amount of lace. The aroma was grassy and barnyard. The flavor was grain/dough and slightly sweet. Very light body.

Bottle. Overall, not bad. Some people have commented that it’s sweet, but I didn’t get that. It has more of a sort of musty flavour which I think you’ll like or hate. I can see why they drink this in France - it has more body and flavour than other lagers and tastes more like beer, though I personally wont be keeping it in the fridge as my go to beer.

From the memories. Pale yellow, white head of big bubbles. Aroma of grain, hay, metal. Light body. Thin textute. Sweet grainy flavour with some grassy hoppiness. All in all a typical eurolager.

No wonder they drink wine... horrible mix of water and grain. One of the worst I ever tasted.

Bottle at home. Clear straw colour, good white head, grassy aroma, crisp taste, clean finish. As macro lagers go, a good one

Old rating. Honestly, I all I remember thinking is it is an unpleasant mixture of water, grain, and skunk. Green bottle?

Very basic pale lager aroma and taste. I would say this is better than most imported lagers though, including Stella. If you want a basic lager, this is the one.

En av mina vanliga blasköl som slinker ner på sommaren. Inte mycket att säga om den, en vanlig ljus lager.

25cl bottle, at "Clairevie" in the French Vallée des Gaves (Argelès-Gazost) in 2011. A classic French lager, highly commercialised. Nice malt but weak nose, light body, good taste.
