Light straw color in appearance and very carbonated. Mildly bitter hops and pretty much the French version of Miller lite.

La pire bière à mon goût c’est simple quand il y a de la 16 je préfère m’abstenir que de boire cette pisse de rat tout droit sorti des centrale de fukushima

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light golden blonde, 1664 foam moderately and persistently low. His nose is low intensity and floral hop trend. On the palate, its texture is rather thick for a lager and sweet. In the end, it gives off aromas moderate to low dominant hops, but the bitterness is well proportioned and slightly spicy

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the le Sommelier in København airport. Crystal clear off gold with a small white head. Aroma is carbonation and pils malts. Tastes like a very clean plain beer at first. Then in the finish it brightens to a rich pale malt and hop character leaning toward the hop. Body is medium to thin.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
11.2 oz bottle from Evergreen Discount. Golden and clear appearance with white head and thick lacing. Mild aroma of light hops, light malts, and cornbread. Similar flavor, crisp and pretty clean. Light body with ample carbonation and an abrupt finish. Pretty decent for a pale lager.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Pours a clear light gold body under a one finger frothy white head that had decent retention for a Pale Lager. The nose is lightly skunky and corn laced, typical of the Euro Green Bottle beers, light hop extract, a bit of bready pale malt. The flavor is pretty bland and boring with a light hint of corn and cardboard, minimal bitterness on the back end. Light bodied and fizzy with a thankfully short finish. Not really a bad beer, especially among it’s green bottle Euro cohorts.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
A golden beer with an OK head. Head disappears all too quickly. The aroma is nicely hoppy. Nice bitterness but still very watery.

Klar lys lys brun med tynt hvitt skum. Dette var en lettsrikkenes tørstedrikke uten noe smak eller lukt, passe med kullsyre til å bålet nedpå.

Just like the normal pilsner, but with a nasty tardy aftertaste. Not very good.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
330 ml green bottle bought at Aeon in KCP, Kowloon City.
Golden yellow colour; One-quarter finger head and soapy white foam which fades in 20 seconds; Small sticky lacing with fizzy carbonation; Pungent smell of malt, with initial light skunk (completely dissipated in 2 minutes), strong syrup, bread, lemon and light grass; Very light sweet taste of light malt, with shades of light Belgian Ale, faint syrups, light bread, light yeast, faint lemon and hint of grassy hops; Light body, thin and slightly slick palate; Mouth feel is - and I mean it - a bare bone base of light Belgian Ale, without sweetness, esters, booze and Bel yeast. Only the malt is more Lager-like, probably due to a good portion of wheat malt and unmalted wheat in the mix. Light bread, slightly yeasty, fairly clean. Not bad!... Hoppiness is initial skunk then light lemon and grass nose, faint lemon and only hint of grass taste. No bitterness, just malty and wheaty finish; Fairly dry after taste, very easy to mouth.
Comments: Just when I thought this is another despicable macro, I am really surprised by this strongly wheaty and Belgian Ale-like characters. Make no mistake, it uses syrup to thin out the body, and hop extract is minimal at best, but the overall taste is very clean, inoffensive, and Belgian-wise it’s quite charming for a macro Pale. A go-to macro Pale for snobs, and I wouldn’t mind to be one ;)
