2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Cybercat (1736) - Georgia, USA - JAN 10, 2009
Pours a typical clear straw-yellow with a little white head - nothing special. Crisp aroma is typical of a macrobrew lager. Flavor is, well, lagerish, no complexity, not much bite, fairly tame. Texture is smooth and tingly, at least not watery, but still not memorable. OK.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 pineypower (1735) - Pine Barrens, New Jersey, USA - JAN 23, 2006
Had in French St Martin, the guy who served it to me was all proud that I was drinking a French beer. Which proves my point, they are arrogant about nothing. This beer pours out a yellow color with really no head. Sweet malty aroma with maybe a bit of hop. Not bad to drink in the warm weather and when the beer is cold. Flavor is a bit watery, but it isn’t terrible, but not like the guy brought it up to be.

This one was pretty good. I always like beers that have numbers in the title. It makes it sound historic. It was a solid beer. Not the greatest, but good.
1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 jfm (1712) - Holbæk, DENMARK - FEB 1, 2005
Light golden color with a white head. The taste is a thin grassy and earthy body. Watery and boring.

12 oz bottle pours a pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma is of skunky hops. Flavor is typical european lager.

Rocky head that quickly fades, pale golden colour. Nose is hoppy but rather bland. Flavour is slightly sweet with a mild hop finish. Reminds me of Paris where you could pick up a six pack for 5 bucks at the grocery store or 6 bucks a glass in the cafes. Go figure.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 drpimento (1695) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 8, 2007
UPDATED: JAN 20, 2010 had a bottle of this in Bodega Brew Pub downtown La Crosse, Wis. USA. Poured with a big foamy off white head. Sweet nose offset by some bitterness. Perhaps a touch light struck from green bottle. Color is a burnished brass. Flavor is like aroma. Nice full body. Pleasant finish.
having the Instant Pression version now, here in Avignon, France, which is slightly lower in abv than the other version. This one is a little sweeter and has a bigger head, but otherwise I suppose fairly similar.
1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 Countbeer (1686) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - OCT 20, 2010
Bottle:
White head on top of a yellow golden beer.
Smell typical pilsner: malts, some spices and hops.
Taste is not much at and not too interesting either.
Bit like Heineken, leaving you with an unpleasant aftertaste/bitterness.
