1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 DiarmaidBHK (1392) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 18, 2011
Pours golden from bottle with a massive white head that leaves some lacing. Big Heineken skunk on the nose. Thank you Mr. Green bottle! Taste is bland and tastes slightly of corn. Finishes clean if a bit dry so there a couple of hops floating around. Dire!

Tap @ Aberdeen Angus Steakhouse in London. Golden yellow colour, not much head. Corn biscuit aroma & flavour. Sharp. Not a bad lager.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Reid (1385) - Salem,Oregon, Oregon, USA - JUL 29, 2007
12 oz single.
Usual light golden coloured lager, large frothy white head.
Slightly better aroma than anticipated, it actually smells of biscuity malts and a touch of hop.
Semi-sweet malts in the taste at first then a small but cleansing bitter hop burst , quite nice actually.
Nice mouthfeel, rather "crisp"
All in all quite a nice macro lager. Drinkable.

28.09.2007, 0,5l on tap at the Lamb and Flag, London. The colour is golden yellow. Aroma and texture is thin and the beer does not smell much.
07.01.2005, 0,33l bottle.
0.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20 Magjayran (1379) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - FEB 20, 2007
Fizzy yellow with a decent fluffy white head. Ultra skunked aroma with loads of bad graniness and grass. Funky skunky flavor with a watery finish. Absolutely unpleasant to drink.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 Sully (1378) - Potts Point, New South Wales, AUSTRALIA - NOV 11, 2003
Found it again in a bottle here after bitter (actually not really) memories on tap in the old dart. This beer is one that stirs up memeories of a forum discussion by Ringo about local crap being better than foreign crap. At least on draught it is fresh, even though highly dumbed down for mass consumption. The bottle doesn't give much more but for a slight improvement in hop aroma and flavour.
1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 wedgie9 (1370) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JAN 27, 2011
Tasted on 1/27/11 from a 330mL bottle purchased at Cost Plus as part of the Beers of the World package. Pours clear golden-orange with a thick white head that leaves thick and uneven lace, and a good amount of lace on the inside of the glass. The nose is corny malt with sugary sweetness, and an earthy hop aroma as well. The flavor is sweet corn malt, more sugary sweetness, and just the tiniest hint of hops. The body is light with lively carbonation and a very short, sweet finish.
