A Mes rate:
Baker Street ’Spoons. Poo the bed it’s awful. Sorry it just really is. I have had more offensive tasting beers for sure but this is such an unimaginative example of mediocrity that it most probably deserves an even lower score.

The bottled version on the shelves in France has more alcohol - 5.9% (the same as the 1664 Fleur de Houblon q.v.). However, it is still quite malty and rather bland. Under-hopped in my view. Bottled, France, December 2003
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 pivnizub (7022) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUN 11, 2005
Bottle: Golden colour, big rocky white head; grassy, kind of perfumed nose (detergents ?); slightly malty start, thin bodied, nearly watery, a bit sticky; shy bitter aftertaste. A second one’s not necessary..........!

Draft. Clear amber color with small white head that was gone in a moment. Little of no aroma with same small flavor. Finish was small and short.

From a tin can in the Eurostar - 2.85 Euro for 33cl - but in truth, it was complimentary of the company... masochism for Ratebeer.
Colour is arbitrary. God only knows. Nose of pale malts, grainy. I want to smell metallic, but that's prejudice. Taste is very grainy, malt, with quite some sweetness. Bitterish-metallic (this time, no mistake) finish. The metallic tang is more than just the tin can. There's an unrefined hop idea floating around, making everything harsh. Very unpleasant aftertaste, harsh without even bitterness. Light bodied, thinnish texture, the malts notwithstanding. As said, it was for free.

Draught. A yellow gold coloured lager with an aroma of grass and glass. The taste is mostly gassy with a dull malt flavour. There are definitely worse lagers out there. I could be forced to drink this again.
