1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: JUN 5, 2009 Bottled 25cl. My version was at 4.2 ABV. It pours a golden beer with a small white head. Grainy aromas. Rather watery, grainy and metallic taste. This lager had a very nice lacing. Faint dry finish. Rerate: Courtesy of Quack-Duck. Canned 33cl. Pale yellow, tall mountainous head. Metallic nose with hints of lime. Apple and apricot in the taste. Hints of vegetables. Low bitterness. Grainy, poor. Thanks Quack-Duck!

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle. Faint citric hops and sulphur. Watery with a touch of bitterness. Couldnt detect the wheat claimed on the label more of a cheap corn/rice character.

On tap somewhere in France. Another uninspiring lager with nothing rewarding. Don’t bother.

Bottled. Golden larger, not pale but certainly thin looking. Simple fine head. Cereal aroma, slightly sharp. Quite a tragic flavour. Not sure why its in a 750ml bottle when I can even finish a glass of the stuff.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Can. "Enjoyed" this brew in the French version of McDonalds, "Quick", in the Paris airport. My first French beer. Somewhat surprising that there are only 22 ratings for France's 4th biggest beer in terms of market share (7%). Yeasty and faintly sweet aroma. Lots of visible carbonation, big white frothy head. Excellent lace. Gold in color. Innocuously light, but with some bite and very drinkable. A little unrefined. Fine for the masses.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Dunkelgelbe Farbe, mittelporige Krone.
