Pours a golden colour with a white head. Emmits a skunky sweet aroma (yum). The flavour is a repeat of the nose with fizzy carbonation. Not exactly a tantalizing drink. Thanks to my friend Brian for picking me up this and a few others while in Amsterdam.

Probably the most drank beer in France. Not really good though. Bitter, strong sparkling, whithout any special taste...

UPDATED: NOV 30, 2013 On tap; nothing special but very easy drinking and if in a pinch (and in France) go for it. Still prefer Fisher over this.

This more or less Euro-bud. Its everywhere in France. In Pulp Fiction, when John Travolta talked about getting beer at McDonalds in France, he was talking about Kronenbourg. Every pub umbrella says Kronenbourg, it seems. Just like Bud in the US, it has little flavor, but is not offensive. France is hardly a beer country, and this doesn’t help the reputation much.

Beer with light color, good taste, lightly bitter, light body, average carbonation, served in can.

Draught. Golden color with some fine short lasting head. The flavor is sweet with notes of metal, little bitter finish. Nothing special.

Drank lots of this during time spent in europe, cheap over there and you can find it everywhere. Taste like an average lager, with a bubbly head and too much carbonation. I would drink it again if I was still over there. but I won’t go looking for it here.
