Our objective when elaborating this beer was to combine the pleasant fruity aromas originating from the traditional high fermentation (16-20°C) with the use of two types different of aromatic hops, that give to this beer unique and really unmistakable personality. Of golden color, intense and characteristic fruit aromas, with notes of caramel and fruits in finish, leaving a refreshing citrusy and dry bitterness. Ideal for accompanying red meats like lamb or like appetizer, where its delicate bitterness sensitizes the palate for the next flavors.

Thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. The beer starts smooth, caramel, fruity. Hints of bitterness to the middle, very fruity. Ripe pears together with a very refreshing taste of malt, Highly drinkable. The aftertaste is bitter, smooth, fruity. Highly drinkable and fruity-flavourful.
Interesting fruity brew! 12/13/12/12

This has to be 75 characters long. It is a great beer with a lite summer taste that goes well with Mexican. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Bottle) Clear golden amber with modest off-white head. Pleasant aroma with notes of honey and caramel. Light body with good carbonation. Tasty and quite well balanced with some pleasant sweetness, however whilst there is a reasonable bitter finish it is rather harsh. Exceeded expectations of a South American beer.

Cerveja igual a qualquer outra Pale Ale. Prefiro as mais fortes e incorpadas. Toast, cereal

Keg - Galindo, Santiago. Poured a clear amber colour with a fine and mostly fading white head. Grassy hops, some caramel, honey, a light toastiness and citrus fruit. Light to medium body, medium carbonation with a gentle though relatively lingering finish. Went splendidly with the arroñlado al plato con agregado (rolled pork).

Bottle 330 cc from Maruhn - Darmstadt (D). Amber with a short foam and a flegmatic crackling. Fruity nose of citrus, banana, earth, slight roasted and pepper. The taste is soft, greedy, fruity with toffy, almond, citrus and zest. Nice balance sweetness-bitterness. Comely, tasty thus pleasant.
