Our objective when elaborating this beer was to combine the pleasant fruity aromas originating from the traditional high fermentation (16-20°C) with the use of two types different of aromatic hops, that give to this beer unique and really unmistakable personality. Of golden color, intense and characteristic fruit aromas, with notes of caramel and fruits in finish, leaving a refreshing citrusy and dry bitterness. Ideal for accompanying red meats like lamb or like appetizer, where its delicate bitterness sensitizes the palate for the next flavors.

I enjoyed this beer. Nice looking bottle that poured a deep golden. Not too much head. Yeasty flavor, sweet without being too sweet, refreshing good for a hot day, or a long day of work. Medium body, and a flavor that lingers just a tad. Good!

Nice deep golden color with nice ring and lots of lacing. Sweet, bready aroma. Sweet bready taste...where are the hops folks? Ok summer barbeque beer.

Thanks to jonas for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass brownish, small head. Fine hoppy aroma. Starts mild, intense hoppy-grasy, a lot of different hoppy flavours. Finish a bit drier, modest bitter. Well balanced finish. Really nice!

dosyć srednie to piwo z chille. Kolor bursztynu jasnego, piana mała ale trwała w miare. Zapach prawie niewyczuwalny, a smak srednio intensywny. Natomiast finisz juz bardziej wyrazny, chmielowy i wytrawny z lekka nuta karmelu.

(330cc bottle, BB Mary 2013) Pours a hazy golden body with a medium creamy off-white head. Aroma of biscuit, pine, nuts, grain, grass, and caramel. Flavor of citrus, grass, biscuit, and caramel with a dry, mildly bitter finish.

Bastante equilibrada. Final seco, algo frutado e maltado no retrogosto. Ótima breja! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle thanks to Owen Clear copper color, light brown head. Half ring of lacing Toasted bread, caramel, slightly fruity and honey nose with a mix of some earthiness as well. Honey, dried fig, dark fruits, caramel and a bit of a stale bread taste. Nothing too offensive though. Light bodied, medium carbonation, very dry finish. Hop bitterness is more apparent in the mouth than in the taste. Not too bad a beer

Bottle (kindly delivered by Jonas!): Deep golden with a reddish sheen, small stable off-white head, almost clear, fruity-caramelly nose with distinctive hoppy edges; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; sweetish-caramelly finish, lingering hoppy aftertaste. Nice surprise...
