Our objective when elaborating this beer was to combine the pleasant fruity aromas originating from the traditional high fermentation (16-20°C) with the use of two types different of aromatic hops, that give to this beer unique and really unmistakable personality. Of golden color, intense and characteristic fruit aromas, with notes of caramel and fruits in finish, leaving a refreshing citrusy and dry bitterness. Ideal for accompanying red meats like lamb or like appetizer, where its delicate bitterness sensitizes the palate for the next flavors.

330ml bottle. Gold in colour with a little cloudyiness and haziness. Rich beige foam head and an aroma of malt and honey. Feels okay in the mouth with a good balance and mild bitterness. Okay but not great.

Bottle (330ml). Pours lovely gold, with little to no head. Mild carbonation. Nice, although gentle floral/malty aroma. Sweet palate, with mild bitterness. A little too sweet for me. Still, a nice beer though, & good to see a beer from S.Am that is not some thin lager.

I liked this one better their pilsener, it had a clear golden body with a short head, floury and hoppy aroma with pleasant bitterness in the taste. Easy session drink.

Cerveza de cuerpo liviano, suave aroma a malta y lupulo. Apariencia cristalina. Posse un sabor un tanto astringente y citrico a mi gusto, pero aun asi se deja tomar. Idela para tarde calurosas antes de una comida.

Bottle from supermarket. Nice golden colour. Aroma: a little malty, with some frutal touch. Flavour is slightly sweet, with some fruits, caramel and a medium bitterness. Good bitter finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, amber golden with a small, rough, off-white head. Lightly sweet caramel aroma. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, sweet caramel, roasted malt and some overripe fruit. Lightly bitter finish. This really is more of an Amber than a Golden. 130208

Bottle from supermarket in NZ, an orange amber and quite effervescent. The aroma is malty with some caramal and a hoppy bite that might be a bit astringent. The palate isnice and smooth at first before becoming bitter throught he swallow. The malty flavour is interesting, slightly grainy until the grassy hoppiness takes the lead, also adding a touch of spice and ginger.
