Our objective when elaborating this beer was to combine the pleasant fruity aromas originating from the traditional high fermentation (16-20°C) with the use of two types different of aromatic hops, that give to this beer unique and really unmistakable personality. Of golden color, intense and characteristic fruit aromas, with notes of caramel and fruits in finish, leaving a refreshing citrusy and dry bitterness. Ideal for accompanying red meats like lamb or like appetizer, where its delicate bitterness sensitizes the palate for the next flavors.

Bottle thanks to Owen Clear copper color, light brown head. Half ring of lacing Toasted bread, caramel, slightly fruity and honey nose with a mix of some earthiness as well. Honey, dried fig, dark fruits, caramel and a bit of a stale bread taste. Nothing too offensive though. Light bodied, medium carbonation, very dry finish. Hop bitterness is more apparent in the mouth than in the taste. Not too bad a beer

330 cc bottle in Santiago. Hazy copper color with a thin head. Nose of yeast with toasted malt notes. Flavor of sweet caramel and toasted malts. Hints of apple and citrus. Finishes dry with a tiny bit bitterness. Light body with good carbonation. Session-able, however, as with all of the beers in this area, there is a noticeable absence of hops which would have balanced the sweetness.

Well brewed beer, not among the best of Kross. Nothing remarkable in its taste and body, which are the weakest features in this beer. The most achieved is its elegant and mild aroma, well defined by hops.

Golden color with a small white head and a very low retention. Low hops aromas with some fruity notes and some esters. A little touch of caramel flavor and low bitterness. Don’t last in the mouth.... A little bit under Rothhamer production, but quite good at the same time.

Drank from bottle. Tasty, slightly bitter. I enjoyed the fact it was drinkable and had flavour. Not too shabby. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours and orangey golden color, clear, topped with a nice white head. It’s solid and retention is pretty decent. There are are some fruity malts in the aroma, some spices as well. Some little caramel touch also present. The taste is sweet, creamy with decent amount of caramel. Some bitterness in the finish. A new country for me, plus a very good beer.
