COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Maltas Especiales: Carahell, Rubia, Caramelo
Lúpulos: Magnum, Glacier, East Kent Goldings

09-08-16 / 330ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange colour with a small white head which disappears very fast. I taste something but cant define it. Taste is bitter like a ESB should be and some light malt aromas.

A good quality ESB. The name would imply something hoppier but whatever the case it’s a good well balanced English bitter.

10/IV/16 - 33cl bottle@ home - BB: ? there’s something about 22/sept, and then something about sept 2015, could be production or expiration date, I don’t know (2016-347) Thanks to Tinus for sharing the bottle!

Clear dark orange beer, big creamy off-white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: some marijuana, sweet touch, bit grassy, very malty, grains. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty start, grains, sweet, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: fruity, some banana, rather sweet, malty, soft bitterness.

330 ml. bottle sampled thanks to tderoeck! Bottle states SEP 2015 not sure if BBF or bottled by date. Very pale, faintly hazy golden. Nose is interesting ,massively sweet candy mixed with apple candy, very sweet hops & dash of vanilla. Very weird but not unpleasant, in a fun candy-like way. Taste is a letdown unfortunately after the smell, totally weird, cardboard, paper, oily, chemical, bald, mildly unpleasant chemical, dat watery, big letdown after the interesting smell, not too good. Too bad.

Thnx to Tderoeck. Pours rather clear blonde. Smell is sweet, dry malts. taste is very very mild bitterness, but also buttery-yeasty and malty. Sounds like a lot, but the beer is actually buttery/wattery, and -luckely- not too intense.

Bottle at tderoeck's place, thanks! Smells a bit cheesy, old. Taste is meh, bland, pretty disgusting.

330ml bottle from Vienés Café in Viña del Mar. Pours a clear deep gold color with a white head. Hoppy aroma. Early caramel makt flavor then hoppy bitterness dominates. Body too weak to support the big hop presence. Hoppy aftertaste.

Clear golden color with a white head. Aroma is english slight flowery hops with some hay and butterscotch notes. Flavor is bittersweet, rather malty and a bit sweet. Medium palate, gentle bitter aftertasste.

12-oz. green bottle. Terrible adjunct-tainted, skunky nose of canned corn, faint potpourri, and old cardboard. Pours a very light clear yellow. Semi-fruity taste with notes of sweet corn, watermelon, rice, damp cereal, and the tiniest bit of floral hops to finish. Not very good; the sweet skunky aroma ruins everything. Why do certain breweries still insist on using green bottles?!? It boggles the mind.
