Aweseome stout. roasty aroma, with some coffee in it. smoked finish. Pours reddish black with a little soft tan head. Creamy mouthfeel A dry beer, no sweetness in it, which is something I look for in a stout. I would certainly recommend this beer to everybody, as It’s consistently good and easy to acquire here in Chile.

Bottle 330ml. Great beer. Aromas of chocolate and caramel. Taste is sweet, with very light bitterness, and long lasting. Palate is silky, and medium bodied. Black, with a frothy white head.

(Bottle, supermarket). Dark brown color. Low and short lasting beige head. Very strong malty aroma with dark chocolate, coffee beans, and some caramel. It starts with a low bitterness but by the half it has a medium bitterness. Fair carbonation, thick texture, and a good bitter finish. An excelent Stout, Kross put a better effort on this one than the Golden Ale.

Sampled in Valparaiso. Really enjoyed this brew. The toasted malts a some of the best I had in South America. A decent head on it. Would have liked to have tried at room temperature.

Me encanto esta cerveza. Un olor un tanto acaramelado al tomarla se siente esa mezcla de sabores donde destacan esas notas de cafe tostados. una gran cerveza de las mejores de kross

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2013 Pours a clear reddish black when held to the light, light foam which didn’t last. Strong aromas of coffee, malts, and dried fruits, slight sour element as well. Very strong coffee flavor with some chocolate notes as well, but well balanced with strong bitter. Light to medium body and light carbonation. Good beer.

Has a dark brown color. The head is small and little lasting. The aroma is strong, with touches of coffee and something of caramel, perhaps something smoky. In paladar is malty well, with the caramel just. In the finish, it tends to a bitterness, that remembers hoppy and the immature almonds. The body is average, well thick. I believe that it has surpassed my expectations. Is a good beer, needs a little maturity.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with tan head. Coffee bitterness all over, but in a good way. The flavour of coffee is complex enough to keep you entertained for a while... I finished drinking the bottle while still trying to fully understand it. Good stout.
