Bottle. Medium to light dark amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, straw, grain, grass, dust. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (111107)

An amber beer with a light brown head. I don’t like the aroma, I find notes of vegetables and stale water. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of vegetables as well as notes of straw and caramel.

50 cl bottle. Pours dark brown, clear and with a semi lasting off-white head. Aroma is dark roasted malt and grassy hoppy. Bitter, roasted malty to breadish. Mild initial sweetness followed by a more pronounced bitterness into a dry bitter and yet still roasted dark malty finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, dark amber with a creamy, off-white head. Spicy, malty aroma. Medium-bodied with an extremely smooth mouthfeel. Lightly caramelish caramel notes and then a fairly distinct bitterness in the finish. 141206

Bottled. Deep amber colour with mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is sour fruits, caramel malts, ashes, and some toffee. Barnyard. Flavour is caramel malts, barnyard, mild chhocolate and quite bready.

Cask (Bayerische Anstich) at Akkurat, Stockholm. Nut brown, firm creamy head. Evident coffee aroma. Dryish and solidly malty with seemless capuccino flavour. All flavours seem to arise from roasty malt,yet it’scomplex and laidback at the same time. Finishes with medium bitterness. A top effort!

Bottle. Clear orange coloured with a huge off white head. Acidic aroma with notes of leather and pissoir. Herbal flavour with notes of pissoir.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear dark amber with a creamy white head and lacings. Buiscuit, bread, caramel and some grassy jops. Medium and smooth palate. Very malty and overall nice.

Dark amber to brown color; medium-sized compact head. Nice aroma of cereals and caramel, a bit dusty. The body is thin, the mouthfeel is dry; there is a mix of caramel and cereals flavor; the bitterness is quite strong; the final is also a bit dusty. Quite good.

Bottle, 5% as Krug-Bräu Lager. Very weak spicy aroma. Clear brown colour. Nice, frothy tan head. The flavour is slightly malty, but does not taste very "dark", not sweet or roasted, that is. Slightly buttery aftertaste, turning weakly smoked after a while. Watery mouthfeel and thin flavour. High carbonation.
