Yeast, wheat, mild caramel, mild banana and mild spices in aroma.
Flavour is yeast, wheat and some mild sweetness. Nothing wrong with this. Smooth.

Hopfenaromatischer Geruch. Lt. Etikett wird Spalter Aromahopfen verwendet. Fruchtig-herb im Antrunk. Danach ausgewogen aromatische Züge, die an Walderdbeeren erinnern. Wie Doppelbock schon bemängelt fehlt diesem Bier die Frische. Ein leichtz fruchtiges Aroma ist gegeben, das Bier ist jedoch zu wässrig und könnte einen kräftigeren Geschmack aufweisen.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Cloudy yellow colour, large white head. Fruity nose (banana). Wheaty and yeasty with banana flavours and very shy hints of tropical fruit. Lively carbonation at the beginning, a bit flat at the end.

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a he and dense, tanned foamy head. Yeasty, moderately sweet and sourish wheat-malty aroma with distinctive notes of banana, citrus and light clovy spice. Sourish and slightly tart flavour with a shy malty sweetness, light bodied with a mellow mouthfeel. Moderate wheat-character, ctitrus-fruity taste with bananas and lighter clovy spicy; sour and slightly tart fruity finish. Refreshing Weizen (08.III.09).
