50cl bottle at Kaspar Schulz. Nice gold color, topped with good white foam. Nice and hoppy in the mouth with a subtle herbal flavor and nice pils malt body. Spicy nose. Not very big hops on the nose though. Pretty clean and round with a light lingering sweetness and bitterness. Malty for a pils. This was the brewery that they used in their promo video for the Shoko gentle boil wort boiling system, so it was interesting to try the beer but it was decidedly average on the whole.

Bottle. Light golden, small fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty and grainy aroma with some faint grassy hoppyness. Body is light to medium, flavor has some maltiness with light sweetness, grassy and little bit herbal hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and dryish. Not so malty pils with quite nice bitterness.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear yellow with a small creamy white head and lacings. Grassy, dry and crisp with a nice hop profile. Medium bodied. Dry bitter end . .

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity malty and slightly grassy hoppy aroma. Sweet malty hoppy flavor with some yeasty hints. Has a smooth malty floral hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

bottle. Clear golden yellow, large white head. Hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, pleasantly hoppy with a grassy and resiny touch. Solid malty background. Dry and hoppy finish.

(bottle) clear, greenish-yellow colour, stable white head. aroma of pale malts, floral hops, light notes of corn. flavour has dominant, grassy floral hops, pale malts and fresh wort. light to medium body, medium carbonation, light bitter finish.

Golden with a nice head. The aroma is hoppy and fruity. The flavour has a nice hoppy bitterness with notes of fruit, light citrus and a rather dry finish. The malt is limited in this nice and refreshing pilsner.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is vegetable malts and saltwater along with some hops. Flavour is malts, some grass and mild saltwateryness. Biting carbonation. Refreshing.

0.5 l bottle. Golden color with creamy white head. Honey, herbal-grassy hops and hints of butter in the aroma. Dry malty and grainy flavor with hints of paper and butter. Dry herbal and bitter finish.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized blond foamy head. Fresh aroma: slightly sweet malty with citrus and flowery hops. Moderately bitter flavour with a light balancing malty sweetness; light to medium bodied, soft and pleasant carbonation. Dry, bitter-sweet, slightly flowery and herbal hoppy finish. A quaffable and decent Pilsener (18.02.08).
