It is a light, crisp, refreshing pils that went down extremely nicely on a hot and sunny Bamberg day.

#159 Satte Pilsfarbe mit schöner Schaumkrone. Heuartige Noten umgeben den dominant grasigen Hopfenton. Im Antrunk schlank malzig und erfrischend; der Hopfen schaltet sich schnell ein und übernimmt angenehm das Kommando. Ein Pils, dass sehr süffig und gut ausbalanciert ist! bierwanderung with mullet, on tap at krug in breitenlesau. bright yellow with a faint whipped egg-white head. fresh worty aroma with a trace of pineapple. plenty of bitterness balanced by some dried apple and a light tropical sweetness. and enjoyed at possibly my favourite biergarten in bavaria

Cask (Bayerische Anstich) at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear golden, small head. Bready grassy nose. Dryish with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Deep, bready malt character covered with a thin layer of grassy hops. Medium bitterness.

Draught in Waischenfeld. Weak dusty and aromatic hop aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is nicely malty, dusty and clean. Mildly flowery aroma hop flavour.

Fruchtiger Geruch mit zitronig-minzigen Nuancen. Frischer Antrunk. Es folgt ein hopfenaromatischer Schub mit etwas Herbe. Sanft feinherber Ausklang. Vollmundiges Pils. Sympathisch und gut. Test vom 2.4.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized blond foamy head. Fresh aroma: slightly sweet malty with citrus and flowery hops. Moderately bitter flavour with a light balancing malty sweetness; light to medium bodied, soft and pleasant carbonation. Dry, bitter-sweet, slightly flowery and herbal hoppy finish. A quaffable and decent Pilsener (18.02.08).

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear yellow with a small creamy white head and lacings. Grassy, dry and crisp with a nice hop profile. Medium bodied. Dry bitter end . .

Bottle. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, grain, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (021107)
