660ml bottle from Marché Station 54. Aroma: tropical fruits, citrus, pines, cereals. App: hazy golden with small white head and some lacing. After a sip, we can see the lively carbonation come back to the surface and create back it?s original head, pretty nice. Taste and palate: medium body, resinous, long dry bitter finish. Overall: wow! The first time I had this one I didn?t enjoy it that much, maybe a bad bottle or the adjusted their receipt but this one is pretty awesome, great nose, great appearance, great taste and great palate. Will sure buy again. The nose itself made me happy. Good job Kruhnen and La Décapsule.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

660 ml bottle. Pours a veiled yellowish straw with a thick, resilient white head. Aroma is spicy, peppery, coriander, grapefruit and lemon. Flavor is loads of peppercorn, fresh grains, menthol. Finish is a whole lot of citrus (grapefruit, lemon, lime). Strong bitterness, lingers on. Light body, stingy mouthfeel, overbearing carbonation. Very interesting.

Cheers!

Bottle (660 ml). Hazy golden with a frothy diminishing white head and some lacing. Aroma is of tropical fruits, spiciness from the rye, leaf, pine and biscuity malt. Taste is also of pine, tropical fruits, spices (more than in the aroma), "green" notes amd a good malt backbone. Medium body. Lively carbonation at first that become a moderate carbonation after a few minutes. Lingering spicy/leafy finish. The rye is well integrated. Quite tasty and fairly drinkable despite the carbonation not being top notch. Very good beer!

Bottle from flaveurs d’ici a: tropical, piny, spicy app: hazy pale thick white head t/p: thin to med body with long bitter finish. Velvety texture. O: great. The rye adds a nice spiciness. I like the hopiness and texture. I finished the bottle in record time, a good sign.

My Bottom Line:
Tropical fruit galore are spiced by leafy greenness and rye rusticity, leading to calculated hop resins underneath and much merriment.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-Excessive foam creates a volcano atop the misty pale blond. There are lots of chunks at the bottom of the bottle as well, so be careful when pouring.
-Carbonation is very excited and tries to leave the beer quickly. Upon pouring, the beer feels like it’s carbonated over 3 volumes and a few minutes later, it feels like you’re drinking from a vented gravity cask... Obvious issues on that front.
-The mouthfeel is pleasantly dry and quenching.
-The fruitiness spans from Asian pears to plain citrus, and is very enticing, especially in the aroma.
-Bitterness is certainly there, but it is not too intense, which I appreciate.

Bottle.
