Nov 6, 2007 A fine surprise to me, I actually found this to be a very nice and refined cider. Very floral upfront. While it possesses a vast amount of residual sugars, its light medicinal character, phenolic and warming, rummy alcohol feels like a worthy compensation. More yeast character than anticipated, perhaps leathery. It deploys a competent acidity to back up the sweetness and the growing alcohol sensation never restricts the important refreshment procured from the drink. Firm bodied, gently carbonation - the latter enhancing the perceived dryness. Good stuff really.

May 17, 2007 Thin yellow body, large big bubbled head; Sweet rosey apple like sweet nose, very pleasant; Deep sweet slightly sour body, big; Very long pleasant finish, sweet, slightly sour and a very dry. Very drinkable. Thanks Papsoe.

May 16, 2007 Bottled, thanks Papsoe! Hazy pale yellow. Citric nose with lots of green apples. Fruity with restrained yeastiness and a fair amount of citric acidity. Refreshening and vinous with concentrated flavours. I like it!

May 24, 2007 Bottled (Thx. Papsoe for sharing). Light yellow coloured. Unclear. Fluffy whitish head. Sweet and fruity aroma. HAs light citric notes. Flavour is very very appledense. Sweet and has some ripe fruity notes as plums. Is medium bodied. Is very fruity and sweet in the end, but balanced by some acidity it is qutie drinkable and refreshing.

May 13, 2007 Bottle. Once again Papsoe Big thanks for sharing. No visible head or lacework. Colour was light cloudy pale golden. Very nice mix of fresh apples and pear, some citrus. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation with a light alcoholic texture. Flavour was light acidic with good fruity sweetness. Sweet finish.
