Harmony between taste and beauty - Dark beer is the traditional product of the Royal Brewery of Krušovice and for more than 100 years the production of this beer has not stopped. The beer has a full, sweet caramel taste and a light hop flavour. The high quality of the raw ingredients assures the excellent taste of the beer. There are several types of malt, natural spring water from the Křivoklát Wood and hops from the Žatec area.

A wonderful large light brown and durable foam have this beer. Good malty with slightly burnt flavor. The taste is probably not so much schwarzbier as I could wish. Now I compare most often schwarzbier with the classic from Köstritzer, and here comes Krusovice not up. However, it has good slightly burnt caramel malt with ease sweetness, licorice and hop bitterness is appropriate for the type. I also really like to remain that it is just below the 4% alcohol. The witnesses namely to the brewery can easily maintain type correctness while the beer never gets too strong. I certainly think it has passed.

Foamy beige head, soft malt aroma, taste is quite average, maybe a bit sourish. Medium body that becomes really foamy in mouth. Soft carbonation and just a little bit of bitterness in the finish.

This dark brown beverage actually surprised me a little. Aroma of caramels and sweet malts. Taste is easy drinking black caramel juice with a medium carbonation. Surprised.

Bottle. The taste is quite subtle but you can still distinguish sweet malts and even some smoke.

Pours a dark brown color, topped with a medium sized beige colored head, quite lasting. Roasted malt in the aroma, some caramel and chocolate notes in the back. Sweet start, roasty body, quite lightl, some caramel and mild bitterness in the end. Proper schwarzbier, although a bit light. Easily drinkable.
