500ml can 3.8%. nice mellow toast on first sip. NO aftertaste with a slight exception of a toased malt. Much more body that a usual fake example of a Schwatrzbier. Very nice drinkable brew even from a can after sitting in a suitcase for 20 hours.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a cola color with a light malt aroma. Taste is mildly sweet with caramel notes. A slight bitter hop tinge left on the palate after the swallow. This beer tastes like a dark heinekin.

UPDATED: MAR 5, 2014 Poured from can. Clear dark brown with beige head. Aroma of roasted malts. Thin body, watery texture, moderate carbonation. Balance towards bitterness. Bitterness of roasted malts at beginning, followed by hop bitterness in finish. Some ash in aftertaste.
Nice session beer.

Had this a number of times, all bottled. The aroma is dominated by roasted malts, some slight coffee and dark chocolate. Decent, i prefer Primator though.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dark brown color, with a medium brown head.
Nice smell of roasted malts, and bready notes. Taste is also roasted, not too sweet, well balanced, with in the end also a little acidic note.
A nice beer.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Look: Pours with a fizzy, thick off-white (brown hue) average size head, relatively fast retention, mostly diminishing. Leaves good amount of lacing. Medium carbonation. Clear, light body, looks like coca-cola.
Smell: Light roast, light sweetness, some chocolate, cappuccino, some subtle earthy notes, a bit stuffy.
Taste: Very easy and light sweet caramel, roasty, nutty middle goes into light roastiness with mild hop bitterness in the after taste. A bit missing, but not that bad.
Mouthfeel: Light, silky, dry, but crisp and pleasant medium carbonation - lifts up the whole beer. Bit watery still.
Overall: Light. But offers enough to stay interesting and very drinkable. Good easy roasted beer.
