3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Classic Bohemian Pilsener with cream white, sticky, very stable head and pale golden blonde colour, a bit fuzzy after adding the last drop from the bottle - making it look artisanal. Delicate malt sweetness in the nose with a light hint of aromatic Czech hops, not that much going on, but pure and honest. Light malt sweet taste, bit thin mouthfeel, sourish accent in the middle (probably from the remaining yeast), somewhat watery finish with a very subtle hop accent. Clean and artisanal, but too thin to be a truly great Czech Pilsener.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle into a glass. Expected this to be a lot more skunked/rotten than it is. Pours a nice, clean deep gold. Aroma of corn, fresh grassy hops, sweet roasted malts.Taste is crisp and clean. Sweet, caramel, biscuit, pleasant bitter, grassy bite. Again, really surprised how well this held up. Born on date of Nov. ’13 I think. Would love to try this on tap.
