COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A special Krušovice lager - The symbol of the Musketeers has been connected to the Krušovice Brewery for many years. Musketeer beer was being produced in first half of the 1980's and the Royal Brewery of Krušovice has formed a link with this tradition by establishing the special Musketeer Lager. This beer is brewed in accordance with a special recipe developed by Krušovice's Master Brewers. This lager beer has a strong golden colour, a pleasant bitter hop taste, a full sweet body and a compact foam. A combination of several types of Bohemian and Moravian malts in a precisely defined ratio, natural spring water from the Křivoklát Woods and hops from the Žatec area.

Bottle 500ml. Gold with a typical pilsner foam. Slightly sweet czech hops, grass, citrus, herbs. Light body. Not that bad, but slightly too sweet for my taste.

#1171 Schöne Farbe, dafür kaum Schaum. Ein leicht herbes Aroma, mehr nicht. Im Antrunk ziemlich dünn. Geschmacklich bleibts auch dürftig zwischen Malz und Hopfen, ohne das da was Prägnantes wäre. Gegenüber dem Krusovice Imperial Premium Lager geradezu saft- und kraftlos!

Light golden cooured and clear. Has a white head, medium duration. Malty aroma, light yeasty notes too. Flavor starts moderate sweet and finish light bitter. Creamy texture.

Aroma mild gentle nose with grainy malty filler , solid hops behind.
Appearance dark golden , crystal deep look. Medium white top. 3+
Flavor and Palate : Medium bodied. Proper malts , good substance. Quiet hoppy notes. Grassy , dry floral finish.

Tükrös mély aranyszínű főzet, közepes fehér habbal. Illata édes-savanykás. Aromájából én elsősorban valami édes-savanykás, muskotályos jellegű gyümölcsösséget vettem ki. A komló csak az enyhén száraz befejezésben érezhető valamelyest. Nem ihatatlan, de összességében nem nekem találták ki.

IV. Cseh sörnapok, Budapest. Világosabb arany szín, nem túl magas és kitartó tömör hófehér habbal. A várt muskotályos jelleg egyből jelentkezik illatában, méghozzá savanykásan és fűszeresen, melyek mögött csak egy nagyon enyhe malátás édesség érződik ki. Ízjegyei hasonlóak, mintha egy közepes minőségű pilzenit innánk, melynek a komlós keserűség helyett muskotályosan savanykás lecsengése és utóíze van. Számomra ez néhány korty után igen zavaróvá vált, nem ezt keresem egy sörben. Mindenesetre azért egy különleges, érdekes főzet. Száraz, közepes testtel és élő szénsavassággal rendelkezik. Aki szereti a muskotályból készült fröccsöt, annak különösen izgalmas lehet.
