COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A connection between aroma and taste - Krušovice light beer has a light golden colour, a harmony between aroma and a slightly bitter taste, an excellent palate and a rich foam. When you drink this beer you notice a pleasantly refreshing taste which will lead you to want another. This beer is brewed using the most modern and technological facilities in combination with the traditional Krušovice raw materials; superior quality Czech malts, natural spring water from the Krivoklát Woods and hops from the Žatec area. Replaced in 2010 by Krušovice 10°.

Obviously, none of the other raters here (two Aussies, surprise, surprise) have had this beer in it’s native land. Go to Prague and drink a black and tan of Krusovice dark and light, and you will sing a different song, my friends. I spent two weeks in that beautiful city, and this was easily one of my favorites.

Well done light beer. Low alcohol, slightly bitter, good aroma. One of the best from "Desetka" group.

Can. Sweet, crisp malt aroma. Light yellow color. Smooth malt flavor with a mild hops finish. Nice for a lower alcohol pilsener.

Tap at the krusovice place in Plzen. Alround rating: Solid biscuity pale malt, peppery herbal hop, very drinkable stuff indeed.

Tried in a restaurant, next to Troja Zoo, Prague. Bright gold colour, minimal head and some lacing. Slight hoppy aroma. Extremely tasty and refreshing beer - the best Czech 'light' so far. Some tartness initially, then a long malty finish. Fairly heavy and nicely bitter, some apple in there too. Not the crispest, but commendably full in flavour.

Crystal clear golden coloured body with a nice white dense head. Aroma of fresh malt, very light hops, alcohol and a bit of metal. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong assertive maltiness with some good sweet tastes and a mild spiceyness to the end of the beer. Aftertaste shows mostly malt - with a good backbone and a very light hoppiness as well. Overall, just another good Czech beer - definitely one to try if you can find it! I sampled this 500 mL bottle purchased from Tesco in central Praha for 7 Czech Crowns (~50 US Cents) today, on 13-March-2008 in Prague, Czech Republic.

Sweet and smooth in the sun. Body medium and lovely god in the glass. nose is faint. I did actually have two but the second as a chaser to a large glass of Becherovka.

Pale gold. I brought this beer to Poland from Prague . Day before I had other beers from Krusovice so I was expecting same good quality . Similar in style to 12 just as expected lighter, more watery. Nether less very refreshing, light pils that I could drink whole day.
