2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Medium, diminishing cream-tan head over chestnut-coloured beer. Bread, chocolate and a whiff of fertilizer. Sweet roasted malts. Sweet, softdrink-like flavour, as a less acid, bit undercarbonated cola. Bread, brown sugar, tad molasses; bit drier finish. Feels quite spritzy, light body with a slick gristlike filling. Oh well.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours clear, dark ruby brown. Small tan head, minimal lacing. Nose - dark bread, caramel, some roast and coffee. Taste is similar, not impressive, not bad either. Light but pronounced bitterness, watery, thin texture. Pretty good for a big brewery, quite boring and average for a beer.

Overall: The best tmave from big brewery in Poland, but still not very impressive.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pretty decent beer. Pours dark brown, with medium, beige head. Aroma of dark malts, bit chocolate, not very intense, but nice. Dry body, medium carbonation, tastes sweet, with some cocoa and coffee, bit sour from roastiness. Quite refreshing as for a dark beer. Drinkable, nice and generally available in most local shops

440ml can, shared by djoeye. Lasting, bubbly fawn-coloured head leaving spotty lacing behind. Deep mahogany coloured body. O’boy like smell. Chocolate powder taste added by lactose and dried fruits followed by a little roastiness to the finish. Medium to thin bodied. Nice, rather sweet though (Tromsø 30.01.2014).
