Medium, diminishing cream-tan head over chestnut-coloured beer. Bread, chocolate and a whiff of fertilizer. Sweet roasted malts. Sweet, softdrink-like flavour, as a less acid, bit undercarbonated cola. Bread, brown sugar, tad molasses; bit drier finish. Feels quite spritzy, light body with a slick gristlike filling. Oh well.

Troch? smaku pomi?dzy ciemnym chlebem a toffi, troch? palono?ci i chyba tyle. Goryczki praktycznie brak. Delikatne, fajnie przechodzi przez gard?o, ale nie osza?amia. Mo?na wypi?, ale sza?u nie robi.

Dark bread and some coffee in aroma. Dark brown colour with ruby reflection like in coke. Clear. Nice, medium sized creamy foam with good lacing. In taste there is baked dark bread and grain coffee (Im not sure if in English its called like that, but its coffee made from roasted grain, for example "Inka" brand). A little sour note at end of tongue. Sweet taste, also body is full. Low carbonation. Low bitterness, leaves slightly roasted and sweet aftertaste. For me it should be more bitter and dry.

The beer has a beautiful ruby red color. The candlelight is beautiful, seen trough the beer. The beer has a nice foam head when freshly poured. The foam is almond colored. Very nice. The beer has a nice smell. There is a mellow roast aroma, which is nice. There is also a almonds alcohol aroma, nice. The taste is great. Almondy because of the alcohol, tossed barley, a nice sweetness balanced out by a hoppy bitterness. There are touches of chocolate and licorice. Very nice beer, just like the other Ksiażece beers.

Bottle from PoloMarket Boleslawiec. Brown with a beige head. Light-bodied, malty with lots of roasted malts and caramel, toffee and a touch of chocolate.

Piana obfita, kremowa, w miarę gęsta. Klarowne. Barwa - ciemno-rubinowa/brązowa. Wysycenie średnie. Goryczki niemal brak. Średnio pełne. W smaku słodkie, melanoidynowe, czuć ciemne pieczywo. W aromacie podobnie.
