2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle, 4.5%. Grainy aroma, unclean fruitiness. Clear yellow colour. Big stable chalk white head. The flavour starts off with a fruity sweetness, then turns quite watery. Ends on a note of hay or something rather boring. Good mouthfeel, though. For some reason unknown to me, I do not dislike it that much.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Pours clear pale straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, skunk, and rice, with subtle notes of hops. Sourish and bitter taste of yeast and cheap grain. Mildly bitter aftertaste. Not bad for a Pale Lager but nothing I would consciously enjoy.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Unexpectedly hoppy beer. Freshly cut grass with lemony notes in the aroma. The malt base is very faint, the mouthfeel thin, the flavour hoppy. Underlined bitterness. Something akin a German pils. Maybe boring but quite allright.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
50cl bottle. Light yellow color with medium and snowy head. Nose : dry citrus notes, mostly lemon peel, mandarin orange, bread, rice cracker. Sip : low, like water density body, moderate carbonation. Moderately sweet with favors of grains. Gets crispy and develops pepper like notes of the hops. The flavors become attenuated and dissipate creating very short end and almost no bitterness at all in the aftertaste. Light and easy. What would one expect from a rice beer. Extra points for that beer to make my burbs hop flavored. I guess this brewer used foreign citrus aromatic hops.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Watery, bone-dry, it’s indeed a svitle, but with powerful hop-extract taste notes coming through and fighting off the astringency and chalkiness of the unmalted rice.
