Aug 20, 2006 fenutin restaurant, american village in okinawa; served cold / light, dry, smooth, and a bit sweet; like a cool, very light, floral lemon tea with a bit of plum. delicious, and dangerously easy to drink. i drank my ice water and poured the rest of the sake into the glass... aaah, with a bit more variety of fruit, perhaps, peach or cherry, with some tartness.. and we have a real winner.
