Pour dark brown, nice frothy head. Quite sweet, malty, caramel. Good carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. Drink cold, otherwise sweetness takes over.

500ml bottle. Yeast and sweet aromas. Pours murky, with head non persistant, no lacing. Light to medium body and average carbonation. Taste is malty, sweet, some hints of caramel and fruit. Average one, nothing remarkable.

Bottled 500ml (Tuulensuu Maifest, BB 01/2013)
Murky brown color, small off-white head. Aroma has some vegetables, tart notes and toasted malts. Medium-bodied. Vegebtables, light banana, light tartness. Finishing with light sweetness. Not in condition? At least there is some unpleasant tart notes and lacking typical sweetness of weizenbocks.

It’s unclear dark brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of slightly sour yeast, caramel, fruit and syrup. The sweet flavor has the same notes, but without any sourness, and it also has notes of nuts, overripe fruit and the finish is slightly dry.

3fourths (6409) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 28, 2011
bottle at Dicker Mann in Regensburg and at home. cloudy dark chestnut. phenolic, peppery, spicy but soft brown sugar nose. bubble gum esters with sweet candied banana, fuzzy and soft, aromatically neverendingly deep. effervescent and prickly brown sugar and caramelized raisins abound. wonderfully dry brown sugar toasted rye bread crust, cereal grains, raisins and dates, salt and pepper, clove and dried banana esters are divine. chewy full body, superbly rich and thick at times, but thinner and even approaching watery in another glass, which is odd. tends to turn dry late with clove and brown sugar forward. toasted dark rye bread with warming alcohol and soft banana esters late. incredibly good.

mile (1459) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 22, 2011
Bottle. Dark amber, cloudy, small to average and fully diminishing light brown head. Moderate, malty – wheaty and sugary sweet aroma, fruitiness and some banana and caramel, light yeast. Body is medium to full, malty – wheaty and sugary sweet flavor, fruitiness, some banana and caramel, light yeast. Finish is average, malty – wheaty and sweetish, some fruitiness and caramel, light alcohol. Sugary sweet weizen bock - way too sweet for me.
