Cloudy dark brown. This beer doesn’t taste like a Weisse. Fruity aroma. Burnt flavors, some carmel. Sweet finish

500 ml bottle. From Germany.
Dark reddish brown colour with small to average tan head. Sweetish banana and caramel aroma. Some banana, chocolate, caramel, yeast and malt in flavour. Crisp carbonation. Pleasant.

Bottle. It pours an unclear, brown body under a creamy two-finger, off-white head. Banana, some caramel and spices in the quite sweetish aroma. The flavor has a sweet, caramel maltyness, some herbal hops, notes of spices and maybe a flowery hint. Full-bodied and effervescent as it should be, finishing fruity with a faint bitterness. A dunkelweizen the way they should be. Definately. 090721

500 ml bottle. Muddy, dark orange body with a fine, dense, off-white head. Pleasant aroma of malt, caramel, yeast and flowers. Flavor is refreshing, malt, caramel, yeast and a faint hint of smoke. Medium body, tasty and easy drinkable.

From bottle@yngwie’s. A fingerthick, beige head over a foggy, brown colored body. Pleasant floral aroma, reminding me of blooming syringa. Also a note of caramel and fresh smelling yeast. Taste is moderate malty, dry, fruity, with some light caramel and chocolate tones. Suitable light body. A fine fruity acidity in the ending. Well-crafted, fresh, and easy to drink.

500ml bottle (BeerAngel.de)
Really dark and cloudy brown, brief spongy head. Very rich roasty aroma - some coffee, some chocolate, other hints of pulses. Pleasant carbonation, but lovely smooth palate. Gentle but persuasive chocolate-veering roasty body, pleasant tingles of both the carbonation and hops stop this from being sticky. Despite high turbidity, this is not muddy at all, unlike some dunkelweizens. If they could stick a breadier head on the top of this, this would be a work of art.

Bottle, bought @ Ambrosetti, Berlin.
Pours a beautiful, clear chestnut with a smallish, fizzy, coca-cola head. Sweet aroma, good chocolate, banana, some raisins and tart blackberries. Highish carbonation, fair mouthfeel. Flavour is lovely chocolatey, light coffee. Light smokey note. Fair bitterness in the finish. Really nice.

Bottle 0,5 l. Nice shade of dark brown, hugely hefeish with a small beige head. A bit sewery nose with hefe, fairly small amount of esters and some barnyard. Flavor is dryish, malty and even a bit bitter. Some sandiness and coffee and dark chocolate. Some smokiness and ashiness, maybe a bit sour too. Pretty good and enjoyable, not too sweet and has a unique touch.
