Aroma; dark fruits, caramel malts, dark syrup, notes of puke. Look; red brown clear body with fawn head. Taste; roasted malts, plums, dark syrup, alco note - dark malty finish. Feel; normal. Overall; fortunately no puke in taste profile at all. [50cl.btl 5.2% BB22.09.16]

From Hipercor. In Bavaria glass. Playing Big Fish Legend. Great lacing, very drinkable, with high yet not bothering carbonation and without feeling too much roasty. Just miss a bit more of flavor

Dark black with frothy beige head. Aroma is dark chocolate, some yeasts, well balanced but not intense. Taste is chocolate bittersweetness, and some slight sour yeasty stuff. Finish of more chocolate, nice averagely smooth mouthfeel. Nice!

Pours brown with a big foamy head that eventually dissipates. Aroma is bread, nuts and a tinge of apple. Taste is rich caramel malt, with hints of chocolate, and has a smokey character to it. All of it set atop a bready, Weizen background. Finish is pleasantly bittersweet. Some watery notes at the outset, but I attributed this to being too cold at the start of the session. Settled down and felt more robust as I progressed. Goes in a different direction than most dark wheat beers and does not fail. Good stuff.

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2016 Bottle. Hazy brown colour with a relatively large tan head, yeasty and malty aroma with notes of banoffee pie and milk coffee, taste is malty and sweet with a roasty and a bit smoky bitterness which reminds of malt coffee. Very pleasant.

0,5 l NRW-Flasche aus einem lokalen Getränkemarkt, MHD: 27.02.16. Kastanienbraun, klar, mit schöner dicker Schaumkrone. Die Bananen und Nelken passen gut zu den leichten Röstaromen

Bottle 50cl. Hazy deep amber, tall frothy light tan head, good retention, fair lacing; aroma is sweet malty, wheat, light banana, spicy notes, tad of citrus; taste is medium sweet and light bitter, malty, wheat, with average duration, mild sweetbitter aftertaste with a light acidic touch, bit peppery; medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation; maybe somewhat thin in the finish, despite that a nice Weisse.
