(Keg at Dicker Mann, Regensburg, 20130513) The beer poured pale golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grain, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A flawless but thin helles.

500 ml bottle from Regensburg, Germany. Pours a hazy yellow color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is sweet malt, some sweetness, and citrus. Taste is more subdued than the aroma bringing in more robust malt and flowers. Palate is mooth but not for the style and it ends a dry for a Helles. Still a good solid beer.

Bottle 50cl, a clear yellow beer with low head. Nose is on grassy hops, cooked vegetable and grain. Aroma is sweet, nutty, grainy, vegetable and grassy hops, medium bitterness, Finish is bitter and very peppery.

0,5l bottle. Best before 04/13 bread, cereal, hay, herbs, citrus, leaves, golden, clear, minimal head, white foam, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, lightly sour, medium body, average carbonation, Average Helles...nothing special and nothing to complain.

Poured as yellow with medium sized and white head. Aroma contained fruitiness and earthiness. Flavours were hops, fruitiness, metallic ness and bitterness.

It’s warm goldeb with a creamy, white head.. The aroma has notes of mild malt, brad and flower, and I find the same notes in the slightly sweet flavor. The finish has a refreshing bitterness with a touch of caramel.

(bottle) pours a clear yellow colour with a fluffy white head. aroma of hay and tobacco, with light hints of caramel, grain and herbal hops. flavour is mostly the same, very soft, with lots of chewy pale malts and a slightly spicy, herbal-hoppy finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation. excellent helles.

Aroma is stale and somewhat floury, with hay, some sweetish, grainy malt, cellar and hints of nettles. Flavour is sweetish with grainy malt, some hay, cellar, cardboard and hints of nettles. Decent.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty and sweetish aroma, faint grassy - citrus hoppyness. Medium, malty and sweetish flavor and faint grassy - citrus hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty and lightly sweetish, light citrus hoppyness. Lightly sweetish helles, with light citrus hoppyness.
