Illata citrusos, enyhén banános és élesztős, csipetnyi fűszerességgel. A halvány gyümölcsízek mellé ez kissé csípős fűszeresség társul és a komlónak is kiemelt szerepe van, talán egy fokozattal keserűbb, mint a legtöbb búza. Különben nem rossz, de inkább frissítőnek való, annak viszont igazán kiváló. A magasabb alkoholtartalom egyáltalán nem érződik.

Head is initially large, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting.
Body is hazy light amber.
Aroma is lightly malty (cookie), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of tropical fruit juice (mango-banana-pineapple-etc.), light note of pepper.
Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
What we have here is an Ur-Weisse, but a rather plain one. The tropical fruit notes are neat, but there’s not a lot more to the nose. In the mouth it’s too sweet and watery to be very enjoyable to drink. As with the regular Weiss, I enjoy smelling it but it’s not particularly fun to sip on.

Cerveza anaranjada. Con escasa espuma. Cuerpo medio. Gas débil. Sabor a plátano, acaramelado. Está buena pero le falta un puntito de algo.

Bottle shared with McTapps. First thought was hops but after the first sip I realized that this one is an ordinary weizen. Sweetish, simple, alright.

50cl bottle, bbe 04/13. hazy orange, thin white head. unusual fruity aroma, orange, tea, spices and banana. Flavor has orange, caramel, honey and yeast. Finishes sweet with ripe banana. Quite refreshing, unusual hefe-weizen. Medium bodied.

Pours cloudy orange-yellow with high fine white head. Smells yeasty-fruity, slight sourish and bready. Starts fruity sourish, with some grapes and yeast. Middle part has some wheat malt and again a tangy fruitiness. Goes into a yeasty-sourish finish with some wheat and lots of orange peel.

Sencillamente, tras la Erdinger Urweisse, es la mejor Hefe que he tomado jamás...y tengo 6 en casa con su copaaa!!! Es más líquida, menos densa que sus rivales, pero no por ello deja de ser mejor, sino todo lo contrario. Fantástica en su trago, y con un particular sabor, alejado de ciertos toques carbonatados de Paulaner o KönigLudwig (rivales directos) Maravillosa...no se que más decir!

Pours a golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is quite exceptional in it’s sweetness; sweet orange, some clove and banana. Flavour of strong sweet orange, banana, wheat and mellow honey-like sweetness. Medium bodied, soft but plentiful carbonation. Finishes sweet, wheaty and quite sharp. Really good.
