Bottle. Head is initially large, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy light amber. Aroma is lightly malty (cookie), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of tropical fruit juice (mango-banana-pineapple-etc.), light note of pepper. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. What we have here is an Ur-Weisse, but a rather plain one. The tropical fruit notes are neat, but there’s not a lot more to the nose. In the mouth it’s too sweet and watery to be very enjoyable to drink. As with the regular Weiss, I enjoy smelling it but it’s not particularly fun to sip on.

Espuma blanquecina y abundante que se va disipando poco a poco, color amarillo anaranjado, sin filtrar, burbuja que brota constantemente, aroma intenso, sabor dulce de primeras que se torna en un retrogusto permanente y sabroso.

Cant really detect any specific differences to veldensteiners hefe but somehow taste was fuller and more balanced. Mouthfeel was also softer. Good hefe.

Pale orange cloudy with a big white and creamy head. Aroma is great: wheat malt, yeast, fruity and banana. Taste is rich. Cereal at the beginning, very fruity: some citric and banana. Ends spicy. Full body, perfect carbonation. Rich and long aftertaste. One of the best weisse I have tasted. I recommend.
