Draught in Nürnberg
Hazy orange color, decent creamy white head. Dry wheaty nose with notes of lemon. Dry mouthfeel too, light palate, wheaty but not very fruity. Crisp finish with some banana notes. Simple.

50cl bottle. Pours a lovely, cloudy orange to beige colour with steady bubbles and a very generous head. Nose of ripe bananas and cream. Taste of banana and vanilla ice cream. Palate is medium bodied with creamy texture and a long, refreshing finish. Overall, not as big as some hefe but very refreshing compared to most.

fdomig (73) - Feldkirch, AUSTRIA - MAY 16, 2012
500ml bottle. Aroma is rotten algae and fish which is really bad. Appearance is dark orange with a two finger, fast decreasing white head. However, tast ist not so bad, light sour, light sweet. Has a medium carbonation and a short astringent finish. Overall a Weissbier I’d never buy again.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, banana, fruits, wheat malt and hops.

Bottle. A slightly muddy orange beer with a white head. Banana and that but basically, a disappointing hefe. A bit thin.

A rather bad Hefeweizen with an aroma best to be compared to dust. Dead texture, not something I can recommend.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

Good size foam at first but soon died out. Perhaps bad taste of lactic acid.

TET (790) - FINLAND - DEC 29, 2011
A slightly orange-yellow beer with a medium and blond head. Aroma is strongly wheat, sourness, some spicyness, only hint of bananas. Taste is also full of wheat, sour, quite dry, some herbs and only hint of bananas. Medium bodied, lots of carbonation, typical and functional. Quite dry hefe, not in the top, due of the best refreshning and tastefull are missing; basic hefe.

erickok (1086) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - NOV 5, 2011
Light hazy, dull looking orange. Minimal white head. Mandarin, banana, lemon, white bread and hay. Prickly body that’s quite sweet and not very complex. Misses spices and fresher hops. Disappointing. (50cl bottle, 2,25 EUR)

Gary (1093) - London and(Rochester), Kent, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2011
(Bottled) This is a dryier Hefewizen than one may be accustom, but its very cleansing ,easy to sink and with a more mild showcase of the typical rich banana/bubblegum thang.
