Feb 23, 2005 Bottled: Orange coloured. Dusty. Huge white head. Yeast, banana and spice in the aroma. Is dry and fruity in the flavour. Some spices present. Is fruity and spiced in the end. Nice one.

Jun 10, 2007 Bottle. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Yellow colour. Powerfull yeasty aroma with loads of fruity esters (apple especially). Moderate sweet flavor. Nice bitter long finish dominated by fruty esters. Creamy palate.One of the best german hefe.

Pleasant aroma of lemon-hoppy clove-bubblegum with a small hint of banana. Cloudy orange with a nice lasting white blanket--quite effervescent. Refreshing lemon zesty malt followed by bubblegum and then estery banana--all of which is accentuated the prominent carbonation, causing a pleasant tingly citrusy malty tongue feeling. Medium body, high carbonation, clean finish. A bit sweet at the end, but it balances well with the carbonation.
