Pale yellow in color, smells like melted butter. Bad aftertaste, nothing really special about this beer.

1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 ChainGangGuy (3837) - Canton, Georgia, USA - SEP 2, 2009
Appearance: Pours a lightly hazed, light yellow body with a small, fizzy, white head.
Smell: No discernible hops or malt character. Instead you’re treated to jarring butter aroma. A very ill-boding scent, I must say.
Taste: Faint light pale maltiness with a touch of sweetness and grainy astringency. Throughout it all there’s a strong, grody unsalted butter taste. Sharp enough to possibly be pediococcus derived. Faint bitterness. Fi--ah, screw it. Down the drain with this thing.
Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: A beer to definitely steer clear of. A very poor product showing a contemptible lack of quality control.

[Bottle] Pours a clear golden color with high carbonation level. Aroma of butter, as mentioned my unclemike. Awful taste of stale cardboard, butter and sweet grains. Light palate. After trying this beer and sampling others, I have come to the conclusion there is absolutely nothing good about the beers Huebert brews. One of my very few drain pours.
