MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, - JAN 22, 2009
Bottle, 5.5%. Weak aroma of toasted malt, hint of sourness. Clear brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is of toasted malts. A bit subtle, but good. Low bitterness. A little grain bitterness, which balances the slightly sweet maltiness well.

Koelschtrinker (7060) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - MAY 17, 2011
11/11/11/11/10/11

MoritzF (7402) - Bochum, GERMANY - APR 9, 2007
(bottle) Clear, dark amber to chestnut coloured with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet, toast-malty aroma with sour dough and a touch of caramel and metallic hops. Light-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied, medium to crispy mf. Toast-malty taste, light notes of caramel, subdued fruity effects; moderately dry, metallic hoppy finish. Average.

Bottle (by kind permission of joss !) Clear, amber coloured, quite stable off-white head; dryish dark-malty nose with hints of roasted malt, a tinge of metal, too; dryish flavour, light to medium bodied; light dry malty finish. Not very impressive.........

Bottle. Red amber, golden head. Light fruity aroma. Light roasted and nutty, a hint berries, but overall quite neutral. Medium to light body. I have a hard time finding interresting things in this beer.
