Muddy blond-golden color; generous head. It has a moderate banana and coriander aroma, and some paper. The flavor is balanced, also thanks to a nice residual sweetness, with some wheat, some banana and some spices. Low bitterness. It’s a sweetish and pleasant Hefeweizen.

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts a bit moldy, modest sourish, fruity notes of apple and apricot. Finish better balanced, yeasty-spicy. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

The good man tastes a bit dull and dry fruit, something is missing the usual sweet maltiness, but perhaps because of a tip!

Murky medium grey orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, banana, clove. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101009]

Bügelverschlußflasche: Pale golden to golden, cloudy, huge and stable off-white head; wheaty and lemony-fruity nose with a tinge of smoke(!); moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; soft lemony-fruity finish with a tart, lemon-peel-like aftertaste. Decent.....

(swing top bottle, 75cl) Cloudy, golden colour with a blond and huge foamy head. Sweet and yeasty malty aroma with a moderate wheat-character, rather restrained banana-fruity notes and a shy whiff of smoke far in the background. Mildly sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty wheat-malty taste with notes of green bananas and light clovy spices; pretty dry, wheaty and delicately fruity finish. A pleasantly decent Weizen. 10.V.10

Bottle (unpasteurized). Sweet banana, clove, orange, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange amber color with enormous head (mainly because I had to shake the bottle a bit to lift the yeast sediment). Creamy wheat malt, banana/orange, and clove flavor. A top of the line Hefe - excellent.
