2000 ml flip-top bottle in Germany. Well I too had a very hard time with this one. I can tell you it is not a Keller or a Landbier. It seems to be a cross between a Pils and a Helles however unfiltered. Its not bad but very different fresh at the brewpub I should think.

Bottle 75cl from the brewery, a cloudy yellow beer with medium head. Nose is hopy, aroma is very grainy, malty, toasted notes, caramel, very nice aroma and body, very pleasant grain notes while not filtered. Finish has nice round hops notes with long bitter aftertaste, a very well done beer, very tasty and pleasant.

Poured hazy light yellow as pictured. Very smooth and easy to drink. Light grain flavours. Crisp finish.

Leicht herber, recht milder Beginn mit stärker werdender Hefigkeit mit leicht bitterem Mittelteil. Dann herber werdend, stark hefig, etwas getreidig. Vollmundiger Ausklang mit hintergründigem Hopfen. 10/10/10/9//10

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma with weak grassy hoppy hints. Sweetish malty fruity grainy weak grassy flavor. Has a sweetish fruity malty grainy finish.

Handbottled from tap. Hazy yellow coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of malts and caramel with notes of hay. Sweet flavour of caramel, hay, grass and hops. Dry hoppy finish.

clear yellow, smooth white head. flowery aroma, faint malty, mild. flavor is malty, flowery, sweet malty.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear yellow - white head. Hay, straw, ok hoppy, biitterness, honey, oxidation, zesty, grassy, bread. A bit wierd.

75 cL bottle, courtesy of fiulijn. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light yeasty, mild grassy too. Sweet malty, light grassy and crisp hoppy bitter. Mild citrusy. Bitter and dry finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and eggs, leading to a bitter finish.

Swintop bottle at Papsø. Pours hazy yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is hay, hops, citrus, caramel and straw. Hay, straw, earthy hops and light caramel in the flavour. Bitter finish.
