Hazy darker brown color with brownish foam head. Lasting and lacing to glass. Typical Bock aroma, maly but not too sweet. Taste is full bock, malty, hoppy, bit sweet. NIce lasting aftertaste. (Karlsruhe 201211)

Flip cap bottled. Overall a good, not mind blowing, but good beer. Dark amber brown color, tan stable thick head. Aroma is swwet malt and pretty yummy cinamon. Taste is malt, caramel, sweet dark fruits, a bit peach or pear marmalade in the back. The downside is that the beer is a bit watery. More body would make it a hit! Nice malty and moderate bitter finish. Good drinkability.

Dunkel malziger Antrunk mit geringer Röstigkeit. Die Malzigkeit ist dabei angenehm aber nicht sonderlich intensiv. Süffiges nettes Bier ohne Besonderheiten. 11/8/9/11//11

judasbeer (431) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 17, 2010
Appearance: Slightly cloudy, coppery brown with tiny fizzy, beige head. Easily diminishing into a small lace.
Aroma: Sweet caramel, milk chocolate with solventy alcohol notes.
Flavor: Huge toffe/candy sweetness. Toasted malty, nutty notes. Moderate hop dryness. The alcohol presence is way too dominant.
Mouthfeel/Palate: Medium body with yeasty texture. Soft, died carbonation. Watery, empty feel.
Overall Impression: Not balanced, not fresh, probably expired.

0,75 l flip-top bottle, bought in a little deli, called Károlyi-csemege, Budapest, 5th district, Magyar u.
Poured dark hazy amber with a foamy and stable, very delicious tan head that diminishes slowly to a medium pillowy one. Allury...Fine caramel and tosted grains in the aroma, mild grassy-flowery hop. Medium bodied beer with a moderated oily texture. Toasted caramel and bready malt in the flavor with a light chocolate and spicies on the tongue. Minimal hop in the finish. It was fine!

2011-10-18, bottle from E-Aktiv Markt, Walldorf, bb 2011-12-28, 7-5-6-3-14=35
Mahogany color, dark, with generous creamy head. It has mild arma of roasted malt and roasted nuts, quite nice. Mildly roasted malt flavor, a bit nutty, but with a body that is weaker than expected, and some more roastiness in the final. Ordinary bitterness. Pleasant strong Dunkel.

2010-11-15, draught at the brewpub, 6-4-7-3-14=34
Hazy dark brown color; medium sized compact head. Good caramel aroma, lightly creamy and buttery. Solid body, with a very good mix of malt and dark caramel flavor, moderate sugars, just a touch of roasted malts, traces of butter. Correct bitterness. Quite good.

2006-01-27, bottle at Papsø’s, 6-3-7-3-13=32
Dark amber color. Malt and caramel aroma and taste, reasonable body structure, but nothing special.

A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also a slightly burnt note. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and caramel, as well as hints of smoke. Nice.
