COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eine bayerische Spezialität bei uns im Norden gebraut. Die feine obergärige Hefe frisch aus Bayern lässt diesen einzigartigen, typisch fruchtigen Geschmack entstehen. Ein spritzig-frisches Weizen mit hell-goldener Farbe, sehr beliebt und unser zweites Stammbier. 12, 3 % Stammwürze, 5,1 % vol. alc.

Draught at the brewpub. It’s murky, warm golden and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of clove and banana. The flavour has sweetness, notes of clove, yeast, banana, wheat and the body is full and the balance is nice.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy dark orange colour. Stable white head. Weak estery aroma. The flavour has distinct and pungent banana. The banana is OK, later there is a slightly rough citric note and bitterness.
