355ml (12 oz) bottle. Lightly hazed dark copper-brown hue with low tan bubbles. A rich nose of Orange Blossom mead (2/3) with their ’9’ Dark Belgian Ale (1/3) adding some punch. A caramelized, fruity, honey, floral, lightly spicy blend of beer and mead: They tried many blends before selecting this one given the ’9’ was still young. Full body and moderate+ carbonation.

Thanks to Rogueone for sharing a bottle. Pours a deep amber color with a minimal white head. Spots of lacing and sticky legs on the glass. Aroma of sugar cookies and fruit. Rich and sweet body with flavors of toffee, candied fruit and honey. The finish is sweet with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

I cannot remember who traded this to me, but thanks! Deep brown pour flecked with gold. A trace of carbonation but the body doesn’t look too sludgy. Nose is of course strongly honeyed and there’s a healthy dose of brown sugar, but I picked up some tartness too (Kuhnhenn brand infection?). It’s there in the taste as well, and it honestly provided a mild and welcome contrast to the sweetness of the brew overall.

Thanks, Steve. Intensely sweet. Just almost like pure sugar and caramel. Maybe some dark fruit to it. Sugar, pure sugar, a bit of dark fruit, maybe some caramel and brown sugar. Just far too sweet.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a brownish-orange color with a few white bubbles floating on top. The aroma is heavy on the honey with some caramel, toffee and brown sugar mixed in. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of honey and orange citrus notes, as well as some toffee and caramel. The beer is fairly dry for a braggot/mead and the alcohol is definitely noticeable. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
