3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured a light golden yellow color with aromas of light wheat, some lemon and a touch of hay. Flavors are the same light sourness in the aftertaste, not much lemon or lactose but drinkable. Not the worst beeline out there.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
Growler: The aroma consists of vegetables, must, and a hint of lemon. It pours a dull grayish-yellow with a small white head that quickly fades to a thin film outlined by a thin ring. The flavor starts with moderate vegetable notes. The finish has moderate must with a touch of lemon. It’s light bodied with light-moderate carbonation.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: NOV 3, 2013 Growler: Completely opaque pear color, barely any head; thinnest collar. Aroma is very faint; mild wheat, hint of bubblegum, touch of grain. Mineral-y. Not much happening in the flavor, either. Light, subdued. Mineral water with some dry wheat, cotton-y must, a touch of bubblegum acidity. Not awful just not very good, & not really what I was expecting. Had a lot of promise but fell flat.
