Tap. Golden yellow, ring of bubbles, continous carbonation bubbles, champagne like. Faint fresh apples up front, musty farmhouse character in the backend. Nice combo of tart/sweet apples in flavor, fades to a muscat grape like quality through finish. Decent overall.

Bottle: Aroma is mostly tart Granny Smith apples with some light vinuous notes. Pours a pale yellow with almost no head. Looks almost like a white wine. Starts with some sweet apple and then becomes more Granny Smith apple in the middle with tartness increasing in the finish. Light vinuous notes in the background. Nice and refreshing, but not a huge cider fan.
