Jun 14, 2006 Bottle: Aroma is mostly tart Granny Smith apples with some light vinuous notes. Pours a pale yellow with almost no head. Looks almost like a white wine. Starts with some sweet apple and then becomes more Granny Smith apple in the middle with tartness increasing in the finish. Light vinuous notes in the background. Nice and refreshing, but not a huge cider fan.
