COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A blending of two of our fravorite styles. An american indian pale ale, and a belgian ale. A big blend of caramel and belgian aromaticmalts contruibute to it's malty character, a special belgian yeast strain, finished off with a blend of simcoe and anarillo hops.his amber color beer starts out with a citrus flavor and finishes with a generous amount of bitterness and hop flavor. A medum body to ensures drinkablity.

tap at repeal prohibition fest at Schalfly in Maplewood, MO. This beer is Retired? well maybe it goes by another name, but i have written down Belgian IPA in my notes. pours hazy orange with a hazy off-wthie head. pine, estery and lite earthy tones on the nose. wow, lots of pine and grapefruit on the flavors, at least cold. As it warmed, the belgian yeast character came out a bit more. long piney finish but not overly complex as a whole. the belgian yeast came out a bit with the pine in the finish. a very interesting twist to the style.

from the tap from the brewery poured a amber with off white head. aroma christmas in a glass heavey pine, hops nad malts. flavor grapefruit , malts and hops.another one that went down too easy. good beer
