Still yet another 375 ml bottle thanks to Willrunforbeer. Amber purple color. Massive amounts of fruit, blackberry, grapes, raspberry.

The flavor is huge amounts of sweet fruits. Oily texture over the palate, again thinner then I am used to from the Brewer of this mead. Like watered down grapes and berries with sugar.

Poured from bottle thanks Willrunforbeer. Red pour with no head and light lacing. Aromas of fresh berry honey and vanilla. Taste is sweet thin and fruit is muted.

Looks like watered down Cabernet. Smells like cherry juice. Taste is a bit thin and watery. Light cherry flavor. Not really getting the black raspberry.

Another 375ml that umich03jm grabbed for me. Thanks, Jason! Pours red, no head. Nose is honey, raspberry, grape. This is also sweet, thin, with a fruit punch flavor.

Light reddish pink color out of a 375ML courtesy of Brian. no head (duh). Smells fantastic like a dense red wine with a lot of berries and oak and a little vanilla. Very thin, no density at all, oily, sweet. Raspberry is muted and takes a backseat to sugar, vanilla, wood, wine.

UPDATED: MAY 7, 2015 Bottle @ Kuhnehnn: Indigo tinted red-ish color with no bubbles. Aroma of some jammy raspberry sauce, light perfume, a touch of currant & red grape. Slight tartness. Gummy raspberry flavor, light notes of honey, tart cherry juice, and a moderate leafy finish. Slightly thin body. Finish doesn’t linger too long.

Pour is a deep red shade with a rather fruity smell. Taste is very much like a wine, considering it is a honey wine flavored with near actual wine. Not bad overall, though very dry compared to some other meads.

pours a dark red mahogany that is still. Smell is rich with fruit, raspberry stonefruit vinous merlot ending with sweet honey and a touch of beeswax. Taste is a load of raspberry that has a darker rich flavor than their brighter companions. There is a vinous component ending with a honey sweetness. Touch of alcohol to taste and feel. Overall smooth feel and full rich body.

11/26/10. pinkish... wine tinted honey color. lots of honey and flowers in the aroma... lesser notes of grape and minerals. raspberry shows up in the flavor mid palate. it is rich and powerful though not syrupy. the palate actually dries out a bit on the finish. 7/4/7/4/15

Reddish purple in appearance with decent legs/lacing. Aroma is a tad on the sweet side with hints of honey, black berries, raspberries, and fruit juice. Quite dry but nice and sweet at the same time with notes of dark raspberry juice and a mild but distinct honey flavor.
