COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Gold in color, this mead is much deeper in flavor than the color suggests. Honey and floral notes dominate the nose, while the palate is packed with an almost Scotch/Whiskey flavor.

Bottle shared with friends compliments of FlandersNed. Pours golden with no head or lacing. Aroma is flowers, pollen, waxy honey, earth, chamomile tea, and wooden grains. Very complex for a single flower mead from the Botanical series. This was a huge hit with everyone. Alcohol hidden extremely well. Nice.

bottle at kuhnhenn. pours gold with a purple hue? aroma of fresh brewed tea. taste is big chamomile tea on the dry side but nice!

Pours a deep golden hue. Aromas of fresh honey and you guessed it chamomile. Very very floral in the aroma. The flavor is not as expected. Only mild honey. Very floral for sure. Not really chamomile per say just a big bouquet of floral like earth. Really complex with an almost rye like note in the finish which is drying. Unique for sure.
